We already own biometric machines. Why switch?
Biometric devices only record punches — someone still has to export them and reconcile half-days, leaves and payroll by hand. Staffora connects attendance directly to payroll rules with no hardware to maintain. A biometric device bridge is on our roadmap for schools that want to keep existing devices.
What if a teacher has poor connectivity at the gate?
A check-in payload is tiny, so it transmits reliably over basic mobile data or campus Wi-Fi.
Can staff spoof their location?
Staffora uses high-accuracy location with mock-location detection, and check-in also requires scanning the physical QR standee placed inside your campus.
Can teachers see each other's salaries or attendance?
No. Role-based access control means staff see only their own profile, schedule, attendance and salary. Institutional records are limited to designated administrators.
